		<description>When trying to install 8.3, upgrade to 8.5 or install 8.5  from scratch or running setup.php after the failed install I get a blank screen at the part which populates/ensures the database structure/schema.

By increasing my memory limit to 16mb I was able to get 8.5 installed.

		<description>I installed Yacs 8.4 in my server, to see how it is, and I noticed that everytime I enter a page where there is tabs, the bottom scroller bar becomes giant, and when I scroll it I can see lots of text one over another, looks like the text was supposed to be hidden there.

Yacs 8.3 doesn't have this problem, I tested this with Firefox on Windows and with Icedove (Firefox) on linux, and it appeared the same way.

In fact, here on yetanothercommunitysystem.com the same thing is happening</description>
