Comment: Some minor config features

you know, i thought the watch list just sent us a message if we're watching it. I didn't know people could see our watch list. In that case you're right it'd be redundant. There is also a SLIGHT semantic difference -- on my site, a writing site, someone might watch something which is not at lal their favorite. Favorite meaning -- they like it a lot and want everyone to know they like it -- a statement of taste and a recommendation to read that work. Where as the watch list is really, "I have some interest in this particular subject, article or work, whether i like it or not" -- it's a bit of quibble I suppose, but I think worth noting as a distinction.
