Comment: Some minor config features

I'm agree about points 1, 4 and 5:

" Users by alphabetical, Users by last login, Users by last update, Users by type/status (more an admin feature, but actually, sorting out the administrators on a seperate page if desired would be nice, with a short description of their role on the site/job) "

But for the fourth point, isn't the 'watching list' (in profiles) already appropriate ? An article which we've decided to look by notification of updates or comments is a little similar to a favorite...
