Comment: Blank page on scan.php

BJ: For your information, YACS transforms template file template.php to fix relative path issues, and cache files to speed subsequent use of these files. Therefore the need to write .cache files in skin directories.

I will definitely add something to the setup script. Also, maybe YACS sometimes could work even if it cannot cache files...
