Comment: Missing file on update to 6.10

Thanks for the hints, Nick and Bernard, I tried it twice yesterday, and then it did not work.
Will try again or stage in 'incoming'.

BTW minor UI detail, but i see the 'upload' function wants to have a .tgz and the file is downloaded as .zip, meaning the user has to un- and repack the archive for this to work.
