Hi,
Please, make a trying by a LOCAL install (with easyphp, wamp, ....),
for "le baragouin- gibberisch ", please a picture perhaps?
if you comment shared/glopbal.php, the solution is not good because YACS needs this file.
Have you read the readme.txt ?
