Comment: Minimal list for a server to run YACS?

My provider, and neather do I, can't find the place where that connection is made, so they can't say what it does to them.

I remember working with phpmyadmin to correct manualy a faulty saved db-backup, that I have seen that by making the new database there was an option to set the connection permanent. Is that the permanent option you mean?
