Comment: Editing the user menu

Timster: Thank you for the input on user menus. Regarding the SQL error, please upgrade the database schema: go to the Control Panel and click on the Setup link. Then click on the large button to actually update the database and voila!

This issue is common after manual updates. This is why I have added a page in The Manual to describe the correct way of upgrading your server.
