But I think this is quite short. You can't answer to people that they only have to understand what surrounds the informatical concept of a group in yacs.

You cannot manage a project with YACS at this time with features like:

• process design via hirarchical tasks design
• timeline for tasks wich also means calendar (prefer vcalendar ) ,
• tasks assignment to people/groups/members,
• check tasks are accomplished and evaluated in order to continue process
• newsgroup (wich means easy member' mail selection or multi Vcard exportation and Yacs page exportation -cache result e.g.- ) ,
• built-in chat -except skype and MSN-,  
• easy to navigate structured discussion topics.
• easy way to selectively publish files to one or another member
• easily upload different files / upload zip files
• send zip files by mail
• easily navigate within uploaded files and connect to related articles/section/categories.
• Search within PDF, DOC, XLS, MS OFFICE and OPEN OFFICE FILES, see jakarta lucene, Index server and ifilters,
• ...
