Comment: Tabs not working [YACS 7.12]

Same situation for me, tabs are not working. I have checked the skin "skeleton" on it's template.php and *.css file and all looks as in the upgrade instructions to 7.10. JavaScript is enabled in the browser, no success with either Mozilla or IE.
