i can't edit the field names can i? so instead of 'description' i can't put 'writing sample'
and then, make sure that that field is hidden, as sample of writing, a person might want to use it to get on the site, but not have it displayed for everyone to see. (the point of the sample being for us to determine whether to make them full members or leave them as subsribers)
