Comment: Problem with private messages 'not allowed'

Starting with version 7.12 private messages can be activated/desactivated from the configuration panel for users. The default is to have them desactivated, but you can change this manually.

Moreover, in version 8.1 a new AJAX-based alerting system wil be introduced, to avoid blocked popup windows.
