		<description>Je ne comprends absolument rien à cet article, ni ne suis-je en mesure de repérer dans le panneau de contrôle ce qui fait référence au «social bookmarking», ni ne sais-je comment le mettre en place? Pourtant je lis bien l'anglais, mais là rien à faire, néant. Je dois être parfaitement nul!?

		<title>File Ownership Problems</title>

		<description>Hey everyone, alright I am using hsphere with my host rite now and I am also using the Mambo CMS for my website.

The problem is that when I try to install a component, the folder that is first created is set at Chmod 700 and the ownership of the files is not to my username but to the root (httpd:httpd). Because of this, I cannot change the CHMOD of the directory or do anything to it.
Also my install fails everytime because it cannot copy over files into the folder because of its Chmod premissions.
