Moderating submissions?
Usage of Yacs for moderating articles
Hello,
Can YACS be set up so up so a registered member submits an article, but it is not immediately published/displayed. And an editorial team first moderates the article before publishing.
So, I'm thinking of a single blog set up where many members can submit, but submissions aren't published directly
thanks

| Monkey 16 posts | Oh, I forgot to say, that the moderation would only be for articles submitted (content), and not for subsequent comments by other other members ps. it is not possible to edit my original post regards |

In the forum area, like here, rules are different, and the keyword 'auto_publish' has been added, meaning that every post is made public automatically. Comments may always been added, except on locked pages. |
| Monkey 16 posts | Bernard: thanks for the reply I've been looking at quite few CMS's such as e107, xoops, joomla, xaraya, nucleus etc. But yacs seems to be in another league with it's built in features I must admit, I'm a bit overwhelmed with yacs, it's flexibility and power. This is an amazing CMS
Now I need to work out how to use it
