Installation seem to go well I can work in control, etc., but trying to go to 'Home' gets me this:

Warning: main(): Failed opening '../categories/layout_categories_as_yahoo.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /yacs/index.php on line 384

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: layout_categories_as_yahoo in /yacs/index.php on line 385

Sorry, this one has not been spotted while preparing the last release

Actually, PHP says it all. At the line 384 of index.php, suppress characters '../'.

Or upgrade your server instead. Actually, I have posted an updated set of scripts just for you. Please tell me if this fixes your issue.

I appreciate your help. However, I downloaded the lastest version again, but could not open the file. It stated that it was not a valid zip file. Something must be corrupted in it.

I guess this is what you wanted me to do??

Dpaulwalker: Well, not really. YACS has some PHP scripts to automatically upgrade against this reference server. Instead of downloading an archive and applying changes, please attempt to launch the adequate upgrade script. This is by far the easiest way to fix bugs and add new features.

To proceed, you will have:
  • to authenticate to your server
  • to visit the Control Panel
  • to click on the 'Upgrade' link from the page menu below the title
  • to click on 'Update scripts'

Then follow indications given by the assistant. Go to the bottom of pages to move forward.
