Emailing a newsletter

I have upgraded to latest version and cant find the letter menu in control panel anymore

I think something is wrong with my control panel menu. Since upgrading my control panel menu in the sidebar is not like it used to be. I am running a support group website and need some help/advice with sending newsletter. my website is: http://www.mikelizr1.com Have no other problems with program or my server. Please help regards mike

Hello, on the side off control panels you have a short list "modules" with newsletters

shortcuts is : http: //site.tld/letters/
