Correction bug / overlay section

un bug qui doit traîner depuis quelques versions empeche l'overlay section d'être pris en compte en affichage de la section.

fichier sections/view.php, en ligne 220 (yacs 8.3beta31.1) remplacer la ligne

$overlay = Overlay::bind($item['overlay']);

par

$overlay = Overlay::load($item);

(un fichier view.php basé sur la 8.3beta31.1 corrigé a été joint)
