Timestamps

I just noticed that all my time stamps were weird. They were off by 5hrs from the server time. (EDT)

The opposite way from GMT. so.. 10hrs off GMT.

Problem has been recorded

Issue description

So, I reset my server time to GMT, and now it looks right. But obviously, that's not really how you'd want this working. Am I missing some obvious Time-zone settings in YACS? Or is this really the way i need to set up my server?

The troubleshooting of this issue has consumed many resources in March, and i believe the release 8.3 fully solves this problem. Give it a try and let me know.
