Forms are arriving...
This has been a long-lasting requirement from power users, and now it is coming to yacs too.
We have reached the level of a working end-to-end demonstration of the system that will be integrated into yacs 8.2 release:
- An index page lists all available forms, and allows associates to create new forms.
- Forms are edited in a dedicated page that makes intensive usage of AJAX to add, change, move and delete items.
- Forms are described in a new table of the database, for permanent memory, and can be changed or used at any time.
- When a form is used, captured content is turned to a regular article, and can be handled afterwards as any other regular page. Mail alerts on new forms, addition of comments, page revisions, access restrictions, all apply to filled forms.
