I manage to visit sites I am in charge of about once per day. After the usual authentication step YACS recognizes me as an associate and therefore adds some commands to my user menu. One of these commands offers to check the review queue.
What appears in the review queue? Well, simply enough, YACS lists there articles that should probably be individually checked, such as:
- most recent queries
- pages submitted but not published yet (job for a managing editor)
- oldest pages (that could be dead or inaccurate)
- less read pages (maybe you should make it more appealing)

- What do you do to articles in the review quueue? Is the queue just of things you might check and take manual action on with no explicit "accept/reject" sort of procesing?

- Yes, as explained above. For example, you can browse submitted articles, then click on the link to publish them.
