Bug fixed in categories for assigned sections

This bug may lead to weird situations, whereby some editor creates a page, add a tag to have it listed in a category, but can't see it in the given category.

The script shared/members.php has been changed to fix this situation, and to have editors retrieve their pages in categories, where applicable.
