Enhancements to nice titles

Here as some ideas to improve the quality of pretty urls.

I think we should strip common words out of the prettyurl, like "a", "the", "this", "that", as they are no use from a SEO point of view (search engines ignore these), this is called a stopword list and I guess one for each language would be good as well.

FYI fulltext search of mysql has a stopword list as default http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/fulltext-stopwords.html

Also possibly consider a minimum word length of 3 as well for the pretty urls and maximum length of around 100 characters to the nearest full word (if there is not a limit currently)
