YACS 7.6, a major version
After only two months of hard work, we are proud to release this brand new piece of software.
We promised you more of web 2.0, and a large part of this has been made available, including a tag cloud, the integration of Google maps, and user-driven content classification similar to what Digg is doing.
New authentication schemes have been implemented to leverage e-mail boxes, meaning YACS allows you to stretch your community to billions of people with ease.
YACS has been made stronger on URL rewriting as well, with the clear intent to fight sharply on SEO battle front.
There are so many new things in YACS 7.6 that some time will be required to document these progressively. Will Summer time be enough?
