From nick names to css ids

As per the (old) request from Tof, YACS now features page nick names as box ids for gadget boxes, navigation boxes and for extra boxes.

For example, you can assign the nick name "gadget_foo_bar" to an article used a gadget box, and use selector "#gadget_foo_bar" in the CSS file to handle it properly.
