Warning if newer files are overwritten by older ones during the update process.
I had the stable version 7.3 installed. Because FCKEditor didn't work, I installed 7.4alpha16. After that I did an update.
The update sets me back to version 7.3, something I hadn't expected because I thought I was looking for newer files.

I think it would help if the synchronization process should generate a warning and ask for confirmation if it detects that the current server has a higher version number than the one provided by the reference server.
