authenticator interface

YACS has been opened to external authentication through a new interface, defined at users/authenticator.php. The actual class to use for authentication, and related parameters (e.g., LDAP server name), are selected in the configuration panel for users, at users/configure.php. First implementations of the interface include: LDAP, FTP and XML-RPC authenticators.
