Don't be surprised by the number of (new) and (updated) messages. We have checked every page of this server to enhance information accuracy.
As shown in the control panel, about 124 pages have been posted at this site during the last 10 months, not counting obsolete or irrelevant posts that have been deleted.
Because of the fast evolution of YACS over time, it was becoming urgent to fix obsolete material. Done today, after some hours of work.
To say the truth, if I have known that it would have been so hard, maybe I would not have engaged such an effort.
At the same time I am quite happy to have achieved this tedious exercise, since it will make this site support YACS more effectively than before.
Enjoy!

I've downloaded a copy of YACS to toy with it again. Since I last posted here I've moved to France, finished college, and played with WordPress and the newly GPLed (free license) TextPattern. As blogging content management systems they're both great. YACS seems to have far more though in the way of "community features" though. Anyhow, I'm going to try it out again, and if I figure out anything that could be of help I'll post it here in the coming days and weeks (modules, templates, hacks). Keep up the great work man! |
