YACS 7.1alpha22 available from the CVS repository

This intermediate update has been pushed to the CVS repository, and this is the place where you can get files until next official release. Give it a try if you are a developper, or if you want to check how internationalization goes. We have only three remaining modules to process, thanks to the huge job of Agnès and GnapZ.
