permission problem? [Solved]

THAT'S FOR VERSION 6.9 i didn't check in the 6.10, i will the next week.

I've two problems:

 First one: I've a section called photo in the root, i want that all members can insert images, i've set the attribute members_edit. And the contribution are allowed. Thay can only "Post a page · Create Poll · Print"

 Second one: i've a section with a subsection for every user, each user as been assigned as a editor of it's own subsection, if a user clic on the link "Post an image" (on his subsection) he get the message "Posts are not allowed here." This time too he can only create a new page. In addittion he doesn't see his name in the list of the editors of the subsection.

All the users are members.

In case this behaviuor is correct wich is the funcion of the attribute members_edit? And we an editor of a subsection cannot post an image without creating a new page and placing the image in it?
