I want to change my host. What is the fastest & easyest way of 'packing'?

Hello, I decided to change my host. Does anybody know which is the fastest way to 'move' ? Of course, I intend to keep the content of my database so I suppose I should backup everything first... Is there any way of doing this automatically and using as less as possible MySql code?

Alex: of course you have to move files and data. For data, you may access the Control Panel and ask for backup. This will give you one compressed set of SQL statements reflecting database content. On the other side, create a new server as usual. Then visit the Control Panel and restore the database by uploading the compressed file.
