Using the inbox/yacs feature to upload new versions of YACS

Can you explain where this directory has to be put and which archive can be uploaded there

I've tried several things and the YACS server always says that there is no archive in this folder.

Main things I tried: Create the inbox/yacs directory on the root of my web server Create the inbox/yacs directory at the to level of my YACS directory Uploaded the latest zip file No joy...

I'm trying to make this work as I'm troubled with a site that always logs me out when I run the update scripts. Happens right after reviewing scripts.

Hello Jan,

it seems that the name of the archive must be : *.tgz or *.gz .
i have tried the name *.zip, but it is not found. it ' a mistake

READERS, please comment , if you have the same problem.

For the log off, i don't know , perhaps, a consequence of above.
