Configuring cron
I can conifigure a cronjob to wget cron.php - I see in cron.php it mentions minimum of 5 minutes between running, is this the correct interval for a cron job ?

At the moment cron.php is mainly used for the aggregation of external RSS feeds. A rule of thumbs is to use a period of time related to the number of fresh news fetched from these feeds. Maybe one hour or six hours would be ok. |
