March 30 - Button editor, security review, etc.

This release features a new button editor for codes and smileys. Everything else is grooming. Overview of new features and bug fixes:

 Most editor pages now have a button editor to streamline the usage of [links=codes]codes/index.php[/links] and of smileys. Click on buttons to insert titles, links, bullets and emoticons.

 Also, pages based on forms now automatically set the focus on the first field. Checking Javascript functions used on the browser side have been extended.

 Most scripts have been reviewed to reinforce security rules. A new is_viewable() function has been added to the shared/anchor.php interface to handle rights inheritance. phpDoc comments have been modified accordingly, where applicable.

 The set of supported smileys has been greatly extended.

 skins/test.php now supports Lorem ipsum...

 Support of friendly URLS has been extended to most accessed scripts.

 Better printing results for section and articles pages. Also, template_print.php of 11 skins have been updated to mask user menus at print time.

 Constants now use define() in index pages.

 print() has been changed to echo everywhere.
