E-mail settings
How to configure e-mail parameters.
Control Panel - System Parameters:
- Activate the option Use below parameters to handle electronic mail messages
- SMTP server used for mail sending (if left blank, use php.ini): The name of the SMTP server. Syntax: smtp.server.com (ask to your mail provider if necessary).
- Source address for electronic mail (From:): The sender address used by YACS to send mails. Syntax: emailaddress@domain.com or "Label (INFERIOR)emailaddress@domain.com(SUPERIOR)" (without quotes).
- Event logger recipient (To:) : The email address you want to receive your YACS server notifications.
- POP3 server used for authentication : The name of your POP3 server. Syntax: pop.server.com (aks your mail provider if necessary).
- POP3 account : The username needed by your pop3 server.
- POP3 password : The password needed by the same pop3 server.
